Grants and scholarships that help Pantnagar students learn, research and grow.
What we fund
- Research grants: up to £2,000 for student-led research projects
- Travel grants: support to present work at national and international conferences
- Study materials: books, software and equipment for students in need
- Merit-cum-means scholarships: annual awards for outstanding students facing financial hardship
Key dates
Applications for the 2026–27 academic year are open until 31 December 2026. Decisions are announced by the end of February.
Volunteer with us
Alumni can help by reviewing applications, mentoring grant recipients or giving guest lectures on campus. Email gupta_manoj7@hotmail.com to get involved.

Check eligibility
Be a current undergraduate or postgraduate student at G.B. Pant University.

Prepare your proposal
Describe your project or need, the budget, and the expected outcome in under two pages.

Get a faculty endorsement
Ask your supervisor or head of department for a short supporting letter.
